[FE9011] - Up to now I used Microsoft® Outlook® 97 locally for tracking appointments and address management. Now the Microsoft® Exchange Server has been installed in our company. However, I cannot access this server via Microsoft® Outlook® 97 even though the network connection seems to be fine. What could cause this?

Microsoft® Outlook® 97:
One reason might be that Microsoft® Outlook® 97 has been initially installed without support for Microsoft® Exchange Server which is sufficient for local use only. To allow access to the databases on the server, the additional support module has to be installed on the PC as well (on Microsoft® Office 97 CD, run Setup to install).
